Common Areas (Lawns, Roads, etc.)
Dogs:
> Dogs are to be on leash at all times, and subject to all Town Of Manchester applicable ordinances.
> Dog droppings must be cleaned up and disposed of promptly.

> Unit (total for all unit resident vehicles) parking consists of 1 (one) carport space and 1 (one) respective unit marked outside space.
> Visitor parking spaces are for visiting guests. (not for any additional resident unit vehicles). Note a long term ‘guest’ regularly residing at a unit is NOT to be utilizing a designated ‘visitor’ parking spot.
> Outside marked unit space is ONLY for use by the respective unit.
> Parking spaces adjacent to pool/tennis court and RV parking lot just east of building 70 may be used for additional unit resident and guest vehicles.
> Posted No Parking areas are to be complied with at all times, this for all residents, and guests. Exception is for timely loading and unloading of passengers or goods.
> Any vehicles parked on Cliffside Drive (non-posted areas) and along building roadways, must be parked safely and re-located during winter inclement weather.
> After a winter storm, and main road/unit access roads have been plowed, vehicles need to be promptly moved from the outside parking spots to allow snow removal from these locations. Please move your cars to unmarked, cleared spaces as soon as possible.

> Any unit alterations that affect outside appearance (windows, doors, outside venting, ect.), requires Board of Directors approval. If you don't obtain board approval prior to performing such renovations, you will be responsible for making any corrections the board deems necessary to bring such renovations into compliance.
> Any unit interior alterations that affect unit structural support, requires Board Of Director approval.
